Honest and top tier service provided on a small repair job. The space was spotless when he left and we won't hesitate to call again in the future!

Good communication is really important to me and he was very open and honest. I appreciated his opinion and decided to install a new toilet. It wasn't cheap, but he did everything, picked it up, and installed it in a day.

Had F&F service our aging Rinnai water heater. The technician showed up right on time despite an overnight blizzard and was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and pointed out things that were beyond the scope of the appointment that I should watch out for in the future as the unit reaches the end of its lifespan. Was impressed with all facets of the call. Recommended.

Jeff came in today to replace a shower cartridge and install shut off valves on 10 pex lines. Showed up on time, had all the parts for the job with him. Very happy with the work done and at a a fair price. Had some good recommendations on draining my hot water tank as well. And he is a genuinely nice guy to boot. I’ll use flame and faucet again and recommend them to others. Nice to find a good local plumber you can trust.

Flame & Faucet provides exemplary service. Jeff and team have now been to our place many times. The team is always very patient answering our questions. We've had toilet rebuilds, an installation of our hot water tank and more; they always arrive on time, evaluate the project(s) and clearly explain the work that needs to be completed. I sincerely appreciate Flame & Faucet's professionalism and integrity.
